Tatiana grew up in Rowland Heights, California where she trained at Corona Dance Studio. She has been dancing for 20 years in different styles from folklorico, salsa, jazz, hip hop ballet and more. She was on the song and dance team in high school and after graduating she became a Los Angeles Laker Girl for 4 years. After finishing her 4 years as a Laker Girl she danced at Disney California Adventure in the ¡Viva Navidad! parade. Shortly after her Disney career, she became a Raiderette. She developed a love for fitness throughout her dancing career and became a certified HIIT instructor at UFCGYM. She then started a Latin dance fitness class which consists of styles of salsa, cumbias, merengues plus more and HIIT training all in one. She is very passionate about dance, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
