Maria has spent over 10+ years in the dance & cheer industry. Her professional background supporting her current role for the Raiderettes is built on fundamentals in learning, teaching & business planning. Maria is the Senior Manager of Raiderettes The Studio and opened the studio in September of 2022. She is very proud to have opened our studio doors to the Raiders community here in Las Vegas where she grew up. Maria’s prior experience to her current role in business operations has been her passion as the Head Cheer Coach at Loyola Marymount University prior to serving as Head Cheer Coach at The University of California, Los Angeles.  She travels internationally teaching coaching certification courses with the International Cheer Union representing USA Cheerleading. Some other achievements that has been a major part of her path includes her placements as a Bronze, Silver & Gold Medalist for USA cheer competing in over 10 different international competitions & is proud to continue her passions in an industry that has similar values to what she believes in personally & professionally.
